Plays in the Long Bow style popularized in the 1950's by Chubby Wise and Benny Martin. Guest Appearances with Ralph Stanley, Jimmy Martin, Lonesome River Band and Larry Cordle and lonesome standard time. Performed at the prestigious Grand Ol Opry, Ryman Auditorium in Nashville,Tennessee and the World famous Front Porch Bluegrass Mexican Restaurant.
Nominated for two Grammies during four-year stretch with Doyle Lawsons Quicksilver band. Able to establish rapport with a wide variety of musicians confident and committed to professional standards.
